1 Million iPads in 28 Tagen

Apple hat soeben bekannt gegeben, dass innerhalb von nur 28 Tagen bereits 1 Million iPads verkauft wurden. Für die ersten 1 Million iPhones hatte Apple damals 74 Tage benötigt!
Zu den 1 Million verkaufter Apps kommen noch mehr als 12 Millionen Apps und 1,5 Millionen eBooks.
Über diese Zahlen wird sich nicht nur Steve Jobs freuen.
“One million iPads in 28 days—that’s less than half of the 74 days it took to achieve this milestone with iPhone. Demand continues to exceed supply and we’re working hard to get this magical product into the hands of even more customers.”
Die Anzahl der verfügbaren iPad Apps ist natürlich auch angestiegen und zwar auf jetzt 5.000 Stück.
